Jupina – Soft donut mix

Jupina is processed from flour, sugar, milk powder, salt, vanilla.

2. Code: 1003001, 1003002.

3. Packing: 5kgs, 15kgs, 25kgs.

4. Form: Powder.
5. Application: Ready to use for donut.

6. Ingredients: Flour, sugar, milk powder, salt, vanilla.

7. Storage: Stored in clean, cool and dry condition.

8. Shelf life: Six months from manufacturing date.

9. Recipe:
Jupina : 1kg.
Dry yeast : 15gr.
Egg : 50gr.
Cold water : 380gr.
Butter (shortening) : 70gr.

10. Method:
1. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, mix on slow speed for 2 mins, fast speed for 9 mins.
2. Rest dough for 10 mins, sheet dough to 6 mm in thickness.
3. Using a donut cutter to mould.
4. Prove for 40 – 45 mins, at 30oC and 70% humidity.
5. Fry at 180oC in oil for 2 mins.
6. To cool, decorate with socola or icing sugar.
